Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if our products are not right for you, we will accept our products back. They must be at least half-full and within 30 days of the original purchase. Unfortunately products past the 30 day limit and exchanges are not accepted.

To complete your return, email us at hello@raesoskin.com and we will assist you. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you
an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Please note: For any returns due to change of mind or incorrect product selection, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

EU Returns & Cancellations

EU customers have two separate rights: our standard return policy above, and a legal right of withdrawal under EU law. Where the two conflict, the legal right takes priority during the statutory period.

• Right of withdrawal: EU customers may cancel an order for any reason, no justification required, within 14 days of receiving the item in the order. This window extends to the next business day if it falls on a weekend or public holiday.
• Cancellations before shipment: Orders can be cancelled any time before they're fulfilled.
• Withdrawal button: In line with EU law effective June 19, 2026, we provide a clear, two-step cancellation function on our site/account area so customers can exercise this right directly. Customers can also email hello@raesoskin.com to cancel or return.
• Product condition: Customers may open or test a product to the extent needed to assess it, as they could in a physical store, without losing their right to a refund. We may deduct from the refund for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what's necessary.
• Shipping & fees: Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
